About us
con-pearl develops reusable load carriers and packaging made from 100% recycled material - lightweight, robust, reusable. These can ultimately be recycled within the company, which is good for the budget and the environment. The core product is the con-pearl lightweight board. con-pearl also offer Foils and boards with a wide range of surfaces and properties.
The individual system solutions replace, for example, classic pallet solutions as well as conventional mesh boxes and disposable packaging made of carton or plastic foils.
In addition to logistics and transport containers, con-pearl now also offers boxes in the weight class up to 25 kg payload: as stacking boxes, folding boxes or transport boxes. These are ideally suited to intralogistics or order picking.
Whether on a roll, on a skid, as a container shell, with or without a braking system or with compartments: tailor-made solutions for logistics, industry, retail, IT, automotive, medical technology and more.

con-pearl material services
We provide custom-made compounds and recyclate. We design recyclate compounds with special additives exactly matching your demands. Of course, we also process your recyclable polypropylene material to granulate. We don’t just recycle polypropylene plastic, we convert it into high-quality plastic compounds. We call this process upcycling, because value is added to the compounds. Our highly qualified staff and modern laboratory are the basis for that. Our compounds meet all customer requirements. We know the development steps of our customers and we are able to meet any delivery requirements (e.g. DBL´s) and initial sampling demands. Of course, we also support prototype creation and pilot production through to production maturity.
Mobile Transport System
"Get logistics rolling" - with the flexible system solution from con-pearl In many sectors of the economy, the trend is towards smaller, lighter and more flexible units - especially in transport logistics. For example, smaller stores in city center locations can be conveniently supplied with cargo bikes or small vans over the last mile. con-pearl has been a pioneer in lightweight and environmentally friendly and reusable transport packaging for many years and was recently awarded the "CargoBike of the Year 2023" together with cargo bike manufacturer CarlaCargo. At EMPACK 2024, con-pearl will be presenting the Mobile Transport System (MTS) and its special advantages. With the special MTS transport box, for example, the goods are simply rolled from the loading area directly into the store and conveniently unloaded there. With the fashion box from con-pearl, even ironed goods on hangers can be delivered safely and wrinkle-free. Our mobile solutions are also increasingly in demand in intralogistics. Parcel service providers, for example, can better organize their internal processes and goods flows and thus increase their throughput. Environmentally friendly and sustainable The Mobile Transport System (MTS) replaces classic pallet solutions as well as conventional pallet cages and disposable packaging made of cardboard or foils. The boxes are reusable, repairable and ultimately recyclable. con-pearl has a high level of recycling expertise and uses at least 70% of the plastics recycled at its two recycling sites in its systems. Customized and flexible "Tailor-made solutions“ are our core competence. The MTS is individually tailored to customer wishes and requirements in terms of equipment and functionality. The system can be perfectly integrated into any workflow thanks to the wide range of design options for interior partitioning, handling and design.
