FLEET PRO control cabinet enclosure with IP67 protection from BOXEXPERT The FLEET PRO control cabinet enclosure from BOXEXPERT was developed for applications requiring maximum sealing and durability. With an IP67 protection rating, the enclosure offers complete protection against dust and temporary immersion in water – ideal for outdoor use or in damp, dusty environments. Made of robust ABS plastic, the enclosure is available in sizes from 300 x 200 x 130 mm to 800 x 600 x 260 mm. It is suitable for demanding control and distribution applications in mechanical engineering, industrial automation, or plant engineering. The door is available in either light gray (RAL 7035) or transparent and is secured with a one-point triangular locking mechanism. The sealing strip and lock are available in telegray (RAL 7045), matching the overall design. The enclosure meets IK08 impact resistance, is temperature-resistant from -35°C to +65°C, and is designed for electrical applications up to 800 A/690 V. Despite their low weight, the Fleet housings are robust and have an impact resistance of IK08. The ABS plastic shows high resistance to alkali, oils and salts and is corrosion-resistant without additional coating. The Fleet series is equipped with a foamed polyurethane seal that provides an effective seal against external influences. This seal is low-wear, robust against weather and aging, and ensures a protection class of IP65, making the housings suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The pivoting door of the housing, available in gray or transparent, has a door lock with a triangular key as standard to protect against unauthorized access. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is guaranteed by shielded cables and the dissipation of interference currents via the sheet steel housing wall. In contrast to plastic control cabinets, Treva cabinets offer excellent EMC protection thanks to the conductivity of the material. The robust housings made of cold-rolled steel are characterized by shock resistance (IK10) and are resistant to vandalism, dust, moisture and UV radiation (IP66). Stainless steel control cabinet housing series TREVA INOX by BOXEXPERT
BOXEXPERT presents the Treva INOX series, specially developed for demanding industries such as food, medicine, chemistry and petrochemicals. These stainless steel control cabinets provide a hygienically perfect environment with a smooth, chemical-resistant surface. The series, made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304L and AISI 316L, satin finished with Scotch 320, ensures maximum shock resistance (IK10) and a high protection class of IP66, even against strong water jets. The Treva INOX housings are ideal for applications that cannot be covered by plastic housings. The robust surface and the foamed polyurethane seal in the door make it insensitive to aggressive substances, salt air and cleaning agents. The control cabinets offer protection against food acids and environmental influences without providing a target for germs and bacteria. The scope of delivery includes a mounting plate that can be attached without processing the housing wall, and a stainless steel cable flange plate. The mounting plate allows wiring outside the housing, while the flange plate with foamed gasket ensures IP66 protection when mounted. ATEX sheet steel and stainless steel control cabinet housing series TREVA ATEX by BOXEXPERT
BOXEXPERT presents the Treva ATEX series, a specially developed enclosure solution for explosive environments. The robust cold-rolled sheet steel housings offer a maximum impact resistance rating of IK10 and an IP66 protection rating, making them resilient in extreme conditions. The optionally available stainless steel version not only meets the requirements of explosion protection, but also hygiene requirements in chemical environments. Treva ATEX enclosures are certified according to the Equipment and Protection Systems Directive 2014/34/EU. The LOM or Dekra certification ensures suitability for use in zones 1 and 2 (gas) and 21 and 22 (dust). The series offers increased safety in accordance with EN 60079-7 to avoid sparks and excessive temperatures. A 2 mm thick mounting plate made of galvanized sheet steel is included, which allows electrical components to be attached without affecting the housing properties. The Treva ATEX series also offers a wide range of accessories, including a modular frame, an additional inner door and special ATEX cable glands for secure cable entry with increased safety (Ex e II) and flameproof enclosure (Ex d II). The control cabinet is user-friendly, quick to install and cost-effective. The 120° pivoting door with lock protects installations from unauthorized access. Variants such as swivel levers and various lock options are available. Prefabricated domes on the inside allow an intermediate plate to be installed in the housing. The wide PUR seal ensures IP66 protection. The housing door is available in gray and transparent. Captive plastic screws ensure a tight closure, while the foamed PUR seal ensures protection class IP67 according to DIN EN 60529/DIN 40050. The ABS material offers corrosion resistance, resistance to alkali, oils and salts. With 30% thicker outer walls, the housing achieves an IK10 impact resistance, unique among plastic housings. Internal hinges allow the housing cover to be easily opened like a control cabinet door. The hinges, which can be mounted on both sides, offer flexibility when choosing a door that opens on the left or right and are low-wear due to their protected position inside the housing. A variety of mounting options inside allow flexible mounting of devices, mounting rails, mounting plates or your own circuit boards. Various mounting domes are distributed throughout the interior to make maximum use of the space.
Aluminum industrial housing series ALSTER by BOXEXPERT
BOXEXPERT presents the Alster series, aluminum empty enclosures for demanding applications. In mechanical engineering and plant engineering, these housings must withstand external influences. The robust and waterproof AlSi 12 aluminum housings are ideal for protecting and wiring electronics in various applications, especially in EMC-critical environments. The aluminum material enables optimal dissipation of interference currents via the housing wall. The special EMC special coating reinforces the basic protection for electromagnetic compatibility. Manufactured using a die-casting process, the Alster housings offer high process stability and minimal manufacturing tolerances. The housing surface is corrosion and weather-resistant, and is also powder-coated for UV insensitivity. With protection ratings of IP66, IP67 and IP68, they are waterproof and robust against moisture, oils and alkalis. The impact resistance level of IK09 makes it ideal for mechanical and plant engineering. The housing seal made of low-wear polyurethane offers further protection against dust and liquids. The tongue and groove principle between the seal and the housing cover achieves a protection class of at least IP66. Integrated threaded holes enable installations such as DIN rails and mounting plates to be easily attached without additional housing processing. The attractive design makes the Alster housings also suitable as control housings, ideal for smaller installations and control elements. Special ground screws are included in the accessories.

The waterproof housing with TPE seal achieves IP66/67 protection, ensuring complete protection for electrical installations in demanding environments, both indoors and outdoors. The robust and halogen-free plastic is weather-resistant, UV-resistant and resistant to extreme temperatures (-40°C to +80°C). With an impact resistance of IK08, the housing can withstand extreme environmental conditions such as hail, frost or extreme heat. The modular height concept of the Michel series allows different cover heights for the same footprint, ideal for installations beyond the standard. This offers a flexible solution without having to switch to a larger housing. The housing series offers metric knockouts on the sides of the lower housing part or smooth housing walls for individual assembly of cable glands. The pre-stamped holes can be opened without special tools, while smooth housing walls enable a high-quality look and individual positioning of the cable entries. The accessories include mounting screws for easy installation of DIN rails or mounting plates without having to work on the bottom of the housing. Mounting plates, DIN rails (TS15 or TS35), wall mounting tabs and hinges are also available.

The series was developed for quick and easy installations, inspired by the lively St. Pauli district. The low weight makes the housing particularly easy to handle and saves time and money during assembly. Despite its lightness, the housing meets all quality standards and is technically suitable for indoor and outdoor use. With a high impact strength of IK07, UV resistance and weather resistance, it is durable and reliable even in extreme temperatures (-40°C to +60°C) and harsh environmental conditions. The halogen-free plastic ensures that the electronics and housing are protected from frost, extreme heat, hail or heavy rain. The protection class IP65 in accordance with DIN EN 60529/DIN 40050 is achieved by a seal made of low-wear polyurethane between the housing cover and the bottom, which ensures effective sealing of the housing joints from the outside. The St. Pauli series offers metric knockouts in the lower part of the housing for easy cable entry without additional tools. Various domes in the housing enable mounting plates or DIN rails to be attached. The housing cover extends over the entire dimension of the housing and offers enough area for printing, such as a company logo. The captive plastic screws in the outer corners of the lid are reusable and ensure secure attachment. The transparent housing cover offers the possibility of reading indicator lights or status displays.

With protection class IP66, they offer effective protection against dust, contact and water. The housing wall of the Hanse-KPL cable junction boxes has various metric knockouts (sizes M20 to M50), which enable easy wiring of the cables without affecting the protection class. The pre-drilled holes can be easily opened with a screwdriver without the need for additional drilling. In addition to the metric knockouts, the Hanse-KPL series includes suitable sealing membranes in the scope of delivery. These serve as an alternative to cable glands and are suitable for cables that are not subject to movement or tensile stress. The sealing membranes are inserted into the holes and enable easy cabling without the need for special tools. The Hanse-KPL series also offers the H02 option with pre-assembled 5-pin connection terminals in various sizes to carry out wiring without wasting time. The connection terminal varies depending on the housing size and offers cross sections from approx. 2.5mm² to over 35mm² at 250VAC (single-phase). The Elbe Polyester series from BOXEXPERT offers robust industrial enclosures made of glass fiber-reinforced polyester, which have been developed for demanding indoor and outdoor applications. The enclosure is available in various sizes and is characterized by a high degree of protection of IP66, which guarantees complete protection against dust and water. This makes the Elbe polyester series ideal for use in harsh environments. With an impact resistance of IK08, the enclosure is extremely resistant to mechanical impact, while the high dielectric strength of 18 kV/mm makes it particularly suitable for high-voltage applications.
