FLEX IMPACT® - The original Polymer flexible barrier system.
BOPLAN® FLEX IMPACT® has been specially developed to create a safe (working) environment in an economical manner. To ensure perfect protection of people, machinery, tools, goods, buildings and infrastructure in places where forklift trucks, carriages or other vehicles are used. After all, machine downtime or repairs after collision still result in excessive and unreasonable costs. Moreover, there are also the adverse effects in the event of human injury. Therefore, the FLEX IMPACT system has been tested extensively to comply with the strictest safety standards. FLEX IMPACT has been developed totally modularly so the separate highly valued.
Column & Corner Protectors - The best collective protection for load-bearing pillars and columns
You can find the best protection for load-bearing pillars and columns in Boplan’s FLEX IMPACT® series. Our systems for column protection can be deployed as protection for collisions with walls, corners, machines, load-bearing pillars and columns, both inside factories and warehouses and outdoors. After all, collisions can endanger the long-term stability of your building’s entire construction. But also the unappealing sight of damaged concrete, walls and infrastructure after multiple collisions are a poor testimony to your company's professionalism. Our column protectors make that problem a thing of the past. Pillar protection with a large capacity for compression Our systems for pillar or column protection have a large capacity for compression. This is why our pillar protection can meet and absorb collision impact perfectly, safeguarding the pillar from structural damage. For smaller, non load-bearing pillars or columns, we recommend our more discreet corner protection.
Rack protection for an optimum in warehouse protection
Rack protectors will not only save you from considerable warehouse damage, they will also help you prevent human suffering. Crashes between racking and forklifts are among the most common workplace accidents in warehouses. Warehouse operatives are often under severe time constraints and often have to manoeuvre quickly in a relatively small space. A crash against a rack is therefore an accident waiting to happen. DOCK GATE: PREVENT ACCIDENTS AT LOADING DOCKS
Loading and unloading at loading docks inevitably involves risks; that goes without saying. For example, employees are at risk of ending up in the loading bay before or after unloading, and a forklift driver’s steering error may damage the electric doors. Enter the Dock Gate! A loading dock is always a hive of activity: warehouse staff use it for stacking, loading and unloading with the support of forklift trucks bringing in or taking out the goods. It is at times like this that employees may accidentally step into the void of the loading dock or lose their balance and fall in. Loading docks are made entirely out of concrete. TEDDY PRO - PROTECTIVE BUMPERS TO PREVENT INJURIES OR DAMAGE
TEDDY PRO is a flexible and shock-absorbing profile made from PU you can use for numerous applications. These profiles allow perfectly to protect employees against corners and sharp edges of racks or other constructions. In addition, this kind of wall bumper offers protection to minimize damage caused by carts or trolleys. This way you not only avoid injuring your staff, you also keep the infrastructure and your products dent-free and scratch-free. There are 4 TEDDY PRO models, all in 1-metre and 2-metre versions. There is a flat model (TEDDY PRO FL40) and 3 variants for different types of angles: a round model for corners (TEDDY PRO AR25), another round model for bars (TEDDY PRO RR30) and a triangular model (TEDDY PRO EV19). The TEDDY PRO’s black-and-yellow pattern immediately stands out, which also helps to prevent contact. All TEDDY PRO products are available as single units or in packs of 5, 10 or 50. The TEDDY PRO is easy to apply permanently to a wide range of structures and materials. Its convenient adhesive strip at the bottom allows you to secure the PU strip on steel, concrete and plastic surfaces without the need for any tools. teddy pro profiles can withstand temperatures from -40°C (-40°F) to +100°C (+212°F). The material can easily be manipulated or trimmed to the desired length. It can be applied to and around the smallest corners and edges of steel racks, concrete walls or columns and many other structural elements. You will achieve a hugely appreciated result with very little effort. TEDDY PRO significantly reduces the risk of injuries to humans and scratches and dents in materials, and this in turn will have a positive effect on the working atmosphere.

New column protectors
Our new column protectors with a height of 19.7" (500 mm) ensure the protection of columns on which fire extinguishers, electrical boxes, or similar products are mounted. This upgraded series will be available in diameters of 20.5" (200 mm) and 24.4" (300 mm), in Signal Yellow and Traffic Red.
Soft Column Cover
The BOPLAN® SOFT COLUMN COVER with its 50 mm thick impact-absorbing foam layer is designed to protect columns against impacts from lighter traffic and to prevent people from being injured by sharp edges of steel columns or other hard metal pillars. With a height of 1800 mm and a striking yellow color, the SOFT COLUMN COVER guarantees optimal visibility. Installation is quick and easy with Velcro® strips. The water and UV resistant, hard-wearing PVC covering is easy to clean. In addition, 3 different diameters are available for a perfect fit.
Double Axes Gate

It is your best choice for securing cage ladders and restricting access to machinery and working platforms at height. The Boplan Bollard Range is a comprehensive selection of protective bollards, engineered to meet a wide range of needs. Each bollard in this series, including the BO125L, BO170B, BO200R, BO200F, and BO250T, is designed with specific strengths and impact resistance to ensure there is a perfect solution for every requirement, ranging from light 2,5 kJ (kilojoules) impacts to extremely heavy impacts up to 24,1 kJ. Additionally, you benefit from a wide range of options, colors, and heights that allow for customization to suit specific environments and aesthetic preferences. The patented modular build-up provides unprecedented impact protection. The bollards are made from a special high-performance polymer optimized to withstand multiple impacts.
