The SMART.DOCK was developed to automate and optimize precisely these processes. The compact and modular Scangate is seamlessly integrated into your warehouse. It operates quickly and contactlessly, eliminating the need to dismount or even stop the forklift. Barcode labels are scanned on one or both sides while in motion and processed directly by the system. Data can be exchanged with your databases. Thanks to the intelligent traffic light system at the checkpoint, staff receive direct feedback. This ensures that the scanned goods have actually been sent to the correct truck.

BIDO.X Imagetracking
Thanks to the integrated BIDO.X software, the intelligent cameras of the BIDO.X series allow you to perform automated, image-based documentation of products in the production process, packages and pallets in outgoing goods, and more. The images captured are stored locally on the BIDO.X camera along with the capture location, time stamp, and, if applicable, additional information such as an order or serial number. Thanks to the integrated database (SQL) and web service, the captured image and history data can be accessed from any device via an easy-to-understand HTML front end. The storage time of the images and data can be freely selected via a ring buffer, and central storage of the image data on a server drive (FTP) is also possible. The industrial-grade BIDO.X camera systems are available with various resolutions up to 8.9 MP and can be optimally adapted to the specific application using freely selectable lenses and filters.

SMART.TRACK
The integration of our stationary SMART.DOCK Scangates with state-of-the-art RTLS technology enables you to track pallets and other containers moved within the warehouse by industrial trucks. Whether during relocation, staging, or loading, SMART.TRACK offers the ability to automatically document the placement of pallets, containers, etc., both in the warehouse and in outdoor areas—without the need for time-consuming manual scanning. The manual recording of load carriers, empties, and reusable packaging is time-consuming and costly.
